Whilst every effort is made to deliver the Goods in accordance with the time-scales set out for delivery, we do not accept any liability for late delivery of the Goods.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Conditions at any time. Please check these Conditions periodically for changes. These conditions describe the basis for purchase by you and sale by us of the products described on this web site.

PLACING AN ORDER WITH VANILLAMAY
The easiest way to order is via our website. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch by our on-line payment system. By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should refrain from placing an order with us.

These Terms and Conditions and your use of our web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights. This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law.

A Contract between the customer and vanillamay for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched (at which point the buyers payment will have been charged and received for the value of the goods despatched). This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.

Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice. This means that the price confirmed after placing the order may be different to that charged at delivery. Every effort is made to ensure that this will not happen - please refer to our returns policy, outlined below. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please see delivery times and charges (below).

YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS

It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is true, accurate and complete for the purposes of such registration. VINTAGE GOODS
We have included ‘ vintage ‘ items on our website as we enjoy collecting old, original items that we discover on our travels. Some of these are obviously ‘ one offs, ’ so to avoid disappointment, please give us a call or email us to see if we still have it in stock before you order. We endeavour to keep our web site as up to date as possible but in busy periods we may just have run out of time!

RETURNS POLICY
If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging. We regret that any ‘ made to order’ items cannot be returned.

MAKING RETURNS
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. To return any products to us, please clearly mark whether you would like a refund or exchange. Pack the items back in the original packaging or if this is damaged an equivalent level of protection and send it back to:

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.

PAYMENT AND TAXES
Vanillamay accept online payment using Visa, Mastercard and Switch. All transactions are shown in £ sterling.
All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. We reserve the right to increase prices. The title of goods passes to the customer at the time of payment. Until such time, Vanilla May retain full legal and equitable title to the goods.

The company, under no circumstances, accepts liability for losses special to the particular circumstances of the customer, indirect or consequential losses or loss of profit, damage to property or wasted expenditure.

OUR GUARANTEE TO YOU
We endeavour to display through this website all items in our current range. We aim to hold stock of all store products. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock and if this is the case the stock status for your order will also be notified to you on your order confirmation.

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery. All orders will be despatched within 7 working days if in stock. For ‘made to order’ items please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.

UK DELIVERY
At the present time, we can only deliver to UK mainland only. Items that are in stock will be dispatched within 7-10 workings days. If an item is out of stock we will notify you with an estimated availability date. Made to order items will take 4-8 weeks. If you have ordered both stock and made to order items we will despatch your entire order when all products are available.

STANDARD DELIVERY
Cost £4.95 per UK mainland delivery address. Monday to Friday only. please allow 7-10 working days for your delivery.

LARGE ITEMS
If you are purchasing a large item this is specified on the delivery details for the item. For these items we can arrange a special delivery with a local courier within a 100 mile radius of Worcestershire this will be charged at cost of £40 if you are outside this area please call us for a delivery cost. Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery.

GOODS SPECIFICATION 

We have made extra special effort to ensure the descriptions, specifications and photographic reproductions of our products are correct at the time of uploading to our website. However, due to the ‘hand made’ nature of some of our items, variations may occur between actual goods and those pictured. We cannot guarantee uniformity. While the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
We also reserve the right to change the specification of products without prior notice.
